| We ate snails when we were in Paris.
We ate all the tentacles, the slime, and presumably the guts
plus....... It tastes good though. The feeling is like chewing a small
piece of soft rubber, it's quite tender indeed. They gave us a cup
pincer spoon to grasp the snails while we were trying to dig out the
body. The snails were damped in olive oil, and the shells were very
greasy. It was quite tricky to hold the shells firmly in place. You
can't hold it too hard otherwise you'll break the shells. But if you
hold it too loosely, the shell will twist. It took me serveral times to
master the right balance of the force.....

| I've uploaded my photos on my MSN site.

| To a marine creature whose name we don't speak of.... (hint: this creature has an exoskeleton = hard shell): I was very glad to watch ^&(*$@~!#III with you. It was one of the
most wonderful moments in my life. Trust me, what I told you was
true. I've never lied to you unintentionally!
To my dearest architect: I was very glad to talk to you on the phone. What I told you was
(mostly) true. Trust me.....though I've forgotten how many times I've
lied to you.......
To ArGum: I was very glad to ____________ with you. What I told you was true.
Trust me. When I am invisible, either on MSN or ICQ, I'm really
off-line (most of the time), although I desperately wish to be invisible at will in reality.
To select a name:
I was very glad to select an action with you. What I told you was true. Trust me. I've never lied to you.
